Alongside our client work, we also run GREENHOUSE, the only dedicated marketing and sales conference in the Channel Islands. It’s a high-energy, high-impact event and our community is growing every year.

The role

This is a Marketing Executive role for someone who enjoys variety.

You’ll be involved in overall marketing activity, from social media management and campaign delivery to reporting and event support. As well as being a key point of contact for our external team and suppliers to keep projects moving smoothly.

No two weeks will look the same.

  • Some days you’ll be scheduling content.
  • Some days you’ll be coordinating event suppliers.
  • Some days you’ll be pulling performance data and spotting ways to improve things.

We’re not looking for a specialist, we want to work with someone who is organised, positive and happy managing moving parts.

What you’ll be doing

Digital marketing & campaign support

  • Managing social media accounts across Floor Ten, GREENHOUSE and client accounts
  • Building and maintaining campaign calendars
  • Creating content across digital formats for our clients
  • Supporting campaign launches
  • Analysing analytics from social, email and website to determine best next steps
  • Preparing performance reports and tracking these against agreed client KPIs
  • Identifying practical improvements to strengthen client results

Client & supplier support

  • Supporting overall marketing delivery for client accounts
  • Acting as a key contact for freelancers and external suppliers
  • Briefing freelancers and suppliers clearly and concisely
  • Keeping projects organised and on track
  • Attending client meetings and supporting their needs

GREENHOUSE

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of GREENHOUSE events
  • Helping our Managing Director to coordinate suppliers, venues and logistics
  • Supporting attendee communications
  • Supporting on-the-day delivery

Who we are looking for

  • 2–5 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Confident with the ins and outs of social media strategy and key platforms
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Calm when things get busy
  • Positive and professional

Agency experience is helpful, but attitude and energy matter more.

You don’t need to be a technical specialist; this is a broad marketing role for someone who enjoys doing a bit of everything.

  • £38,000–£40,000 salary depending on experience
