Alfa's content generated 2,054 impressions, -49.80% down from August, this reduction in impressions is likely due to the August results being heavily influenced by the Optifi partnership announcement, which generated 2,219 impressions. Excluding that post, August's remaining posts generated 1,954 impressions compared with 2,054 across September. Content that led Septembers impressions were entered around relatable workload, with the post "There's always something that gets pushed to next week" received 578 impressions. This was followed by "Bringing in additional support should make things simpler" at 198 impressions and "Every team needs extra support from time to time" at 186 impressions.

Going into October, we will continue to post useful filing reminders and practical information for Jersey TCSPs, building on September's strongest post for engagement. Develop more posts around recognisable workload challenges, following the stronger visibility of the 'pushed to next week' post. Continue the monthly "what would you do?" series, using a simple choice to make responding easier and assess comments performance. Michael should also keep commenting on and engaging with posts to sustain reach and follower growth.
