Floor Ten suggestions
Continue developing practical content around cyber security, migration projects and testimonials, as these themes generated the strongest engagement during August. The significant increases in impressions, reactions and clicks suggest that content is attracting more attention to the LeanIT brand. To build on this momentum, we will continue sharing educational content that addresses common IT challenges and demonstrates real-world client outcomes, alongside a big focus on cyber security with the change in legalisation and the upcoming new service once information is received.
· Build on practical cybersecurity advice. Test a short phishing checklist or a simple scenario showing what staff should do when an email looks suspicious. The September phishing post generated almost half of published-post clicks.
· Share more approved client testimonials and case studies. Lead with the business problem and the outcome, following the financial adviser post, which achieved the highest impressions and interaction total.
· Continue everyday IT scenarios, such as preparing a new starter or making files easier to find. Review the new starter post again after it has had more time to gather impressions before treating it as a repeatable winner.
· Keep Microsoft Copilot in the mix. Its 145 impressions and 12 interactions support another practical example focused on one task, rather than a broad service overview.
· Make security content specific and useful. The phishing post achieved 15.38% engagement compared with 4.88% for the legislation update. Test posts that explain a clear action businesses can take, and connect relevant advice to Watchtower without assuming the service has already been tested in these results.
· Encourage genuine discussion and local visibility. Ask one straightforward question in selected posts and invite the LeanIT team to add useful comments. Track Jersey follower share, comments and post impressions alongside engagement rate.
· Keep a clear contact route on relevant posts and check the LinkedIn page button destination. Measure enquiries separately: post clicks and page views do not show whether a lead was generated.
