Follower growth continued steadily, by +2.9% from the previous period, which shows the audience is still building in the right direction. Ardent page admins should continue to invite people to follow the page on a monthly basis so we can continue to see this growth. [Action: This note is to be shared with the team]

Impressions represent the total number of times your posts were seen. In April we saw a drop in impressions (-32.7%) which can be attributed to, both our adjustment to the new algorithm and a lot of engagement on Matthew Jowitt being appointed as AG in March which inflated the previous month's impressions. Average unique visitors are up significantly at +61.5% which shows our content is driving people to the page.

Reactions were down in April as we had an extra 858 reaction on the Matthew Jowitt post in March! Comments however were up with the Ardent insights driving most of them. Clicks are in a good place at 86 people clicking through on the links we share, however the great reaction to "5 Things to know before starting financial remedy proceedings" carousel in March accounts for the difference. As a reminder, we must make sure that the team are commenting on posts on a regular basis. [Action: This note is to be shared with the team]

Our top 3 performing posts in this period were a mixture of team info, and an article. Images of the team continue to perform well and it is great to see an article in the top posts. Overall engagement was solid in this period. Note: Good Linkedin engagement average rate - 3.38%

In May we are hoping to get an update from the team on the content we are awaiting and will continue a focus on the team too.
