Overview
The numbers
At a glance
FCM's LinkedIn page reached 762 followers in September. This is slower growth than we usually see, so it's important that page admins invite people to follow the page each month to support steady growth. We have started sending monthly reminders to all team members with access to invite contacts, so we're hoping to see an improvement next month.
The audience remains highly relevant: 48.16% work in Financial Services and 30.84% in Professional Services, over half are at Senior or Director level, and 54.46% are based in Jersey.

The page generated 5,095 impressions in September, up 26.15% on the previous period, a positive recovery after the quieter summer months. The top-performing post by impressions was the one featuring Laura Robbe, which drove 2,166 impressions, over 40% of September's total. The post attracted a lot of comments from Laura's network, signalling to the algorithm that people outside the FCM audience were interested in the content. This prompted it to show the post to more people, which likely accounts for the high impression count.
Page views fell 30.98% to 127. However, August was a high point at 184, so September sits closer to the longer-term average of around 105 page views.

Comments are up 366.67%, which is great to see. These came mainly from two posts: Laura Robbe's announcement to the team, which generated 8 comments, and the post announcing FCM has been shortlisted for the 2026 eprivateclient Excellence Awards, which received 5 comments. Many of these comments came from outside the team, so it would be great to keep encouraging the team to comment on posts like these, as it's an easy way to boost engagement.
Reactions were down slightly this month, by 7.04%, so it's important that the team keeps liking content. Clicks were also slightly down, by 2.59%, but we have an article in planning on Suzi and Tori's client visit to Kenya, and the content we post around it should help bring clicks back up.
