This month Page views were up 14.19% and Average unique visits were up 23.85%, majority of these came from Andy's announcement to the team which brought a lot of attention to the EWG page. Our impressions were down (-73.09%) to 3,015, which was expected as we did not receive any technical content, resulting in 4 less posts than usual, alongside the high volume of impressions in may from the 15th anniversary posts. The strongest post in June was welcoming Andy Dobber as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, which gained 1,060 impressions, showing that people-led updates continue to perform well.

Interactions were down (-67.61%) to 287, which will also be due to a smaller volume of content in comparison to previous months. Once again the strongest post in June was welcoming Andy Dobber as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer, which received 101 interactions, supporting our knowledge that people-led updates continue to perform well. It is important that team members continue commenting on posts to help keep engagement up.[Action: This note is to be shared with the team]

Floor Ten suggestions
In July, we will continue with the pain/solution posts and more people centred posts as these have been performing well. Following our first content session in June, Jacqui has provided the team with a briefing document to better guide the team on providing technical content, which will hopefully result in more consistent posting and bring us conversions on top of interactions and impressions.
